Day 2 Lunch

Fresh field peas and tomatoes! Yum! Yum! Yum!

Day 2 Breakfast

This morning, I tried making a multi-grain hot cereal.  I added berries, coconut milk, and even some stevia.  None of it helped!  Maybe when my taste change more, it will taste better to me.  Instead, I had a fresh peach!

End of Day 1

I had roast potatoes and carrots for supper.  For a bedtime snack, I had a slice of homemade wholewheat bread with a natural peanut butter.  First day, done!

Today is the First Day


Today is the first day of my 28 day trial as a vegan.  This morning, I had a banana.  When I returned from the gym, I had an ear of corn.  Then I decided to make a sandwich similar to one I had seen made on television.  I used Ezekiel bread, homemade hummus, grilled mushrooms and onions, lettuce and tomato.  I toasted it. It looked good! It was NOT good!
